Wandering to wellness is a perfect description of how I began to practice yoga.  I really feel that yoga found me during the most difficult time in my life. Yoga is all about uniting the body and the mind.  For me, yoga is a moving meditation and it is the pathway that helps me to find, explore and love who I am each day. There is something about connecting the breath and the movement that somehow allows me to connect to something that is very sacred within me. Yoga is part of my wellness, so much so that in the fall of 2014, I enrolled in and completed a 200 hour vinyasa yoga teacher training. I know that there is so much to learn about yoga; I also know that I will never stop learning about this ancient art and myself.
